沼氣脫碳法如何做好沼氣的處理

由于沼氣中甲烷含量較低,其高位發(fā)熱值只有23.9MJ/m?(甲烷含量60%),而純甲烷高位發(fā)熱值為39.78MJ/m?。作為車用燃料或者管道天然氣燃料其高位發(fā)熱值要求大于31.4MJ/m?,則要求沼氣中甲烷濃度少提高到88%以上,即要脫除多余CO2。沼氣脫碳技術(shù)多源于天然氣、合成氨變換氣脫碳技術(shù),包括物理溶液吸收法、化學(xué)吸收法、變壓吸附法、膜分離法、低溫深冷法等。
